Why not? I mean, who doesn’t want another email in their inboxes?
Truth is, I only write these four, maybe five times a month, so you’re not going to get hammered with spam.
If you love the outdoors, love making things with your hands, think dogs are amazing, and love people the best you can, you might enjoy this stack. You may get Hegelian dialectic, Dante, and birch bark canoes all in one post, because that’s just the way my brain is wired.
I write a lot about paddling. Paddling is one of my life’s greatest joys. I especially love (wait for it) canoes.
I have written for many national outdoor magazines, and other titles such as Men’s Journal and Sierra Magazine. I’m also the outdoor columnist for our local indy paper, and I am an infrequent guest blogger. Like I did it once, probably won’t do it again.
I try to talk about faith, religion, spirituality as authentically as I can. I am a highly ecumenical Christian, and respectful of all spiritual paths so long as they don’t cause harm. Spoiler alert: they can all cause harm. As Hans Solo said, “Flying through hyperspace ain’t like dustin’ crops, boy.” In religion and light speed travel, nuance is critical.
In short, if ya wanna read my drivel, click the orange rectangle. Many thanks.
